1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the "What Time Is It?" application ("App") for HubSpot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App displays the current local time for contacts in your HubSpot CRM based on timezone data stored in HubSpot. The App is offered as a one-time purchase integration with your HubSpot portal.

3. Purchase and Installation

The App requires a one-time payment as specified on our website. Each purchase permits installation on a single HubSpot portal. For multiple portals, separate purchases are required. Installation links are unique and can only be used once. Payment is processed through Stripe, and their terms of service also apply to the payment transaction.

4. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage or overburden the service
• Transfer your license to another portal or entity
• Resell or redistribute the App or installation links

5. Data and Privacy

The App accesses contact data from your HubSpot portal, but we do not store or process this data on our servers except as necessary for the App to function. We only collect your HubSpot portal ID for verification purposes. For more information on data handling, please see our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

7. Changes to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may also uninstall the App from your HubSpot portal at any time.

9. No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the App, we do not offer refunds once the installation link has been generated. If you have technical issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

10. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
